Henry Thomas (aged 22) (of the parish of Ystradgynlais, Brecknockshire) at about noon on 16 March 1770 assaulted Watkin Thomas in the parish of Cilybebyll with a knife (value 3d) giving him a mortal wound in the right side of his neck 3" long and 2" deep whereof he languished for about 8 hours and then died, also robbing him of 50/-.
